So, if for any reason within 90 days drop us a line to hello@scratchanddate.com fill in our returns form, return the scratch cards to us and we will return every penny you invested into them.

We are constantly wanting to improve and evolve our scratch cards and value your feedback.
After-all we are a couple who started this company during Covid to help couples add back or get some spark into their busy daily lives❗

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
We will not accept returns of incorrectly ordered item or undamaged cards.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Cancellations
All requested order cancellations before the order has been dispatched will be subject to a cancellation fee of 15%. This is to cover all admin costs and process fees involved in the transaction.
